Community Events

Our Geraldton Community Events are a major part of what we do - and in fact, they're the reason It's All Sorted exists. Make sure you check them out too!

So far in 2018 we...

  • are working with the WA Museum on WA Day 2018
  • coordinated and staffed the 2018 St John Ambulance Regional Seminar
  • are working with the Geraldton Board Riders Junior Development Club on the Frothin Fools Gero Groms Fest for April, as part of the City of Greater Geraldton's Fools Fest
  • are working with Active Pilates and Flash Marketing on a women's retreat planned for July
  • held our first ever "pop-up dates" for Valentines Day with Beach & Boho
  • combined forces with The Comedy Emporium to create Euphorium Creative

In 2017 we...

  • coordinated, managed and staffed the City of Greater Geraldton's Inside Social Club's Christmas party; black tie gala dinner style
  • coordinated, managed and staffed the 2017 Rio Tinto family Christmas party
  • coordinated, managed and staffed the 2017 NACC Natural Resource Management Awards
  • facilitated community learning as part of a community forum with the City of Greater Geraldton
  • coordinated, managed and staffed Desert Blue Connect's Community Respect and Equality Summit
  • staffed and provided mentoring for a Rotary changeover gala dinner
  • provided a variety of services to some gorgeous brides, grooms (and brides-to-be) from staffing, to coordination, to the whole she-bang even including an engagement parties - 7 weddings in total
  • assisted more small businesses in their market stall setups, product expansions, administration and online presences
  • continue to work with Warren Taylor Homes on their marketing strategies and Facebook presence
  • continue to work with The Comedy Emporium as the Regional Producer, Chaos Coordinator and Room Manager as it expands throughout Regional WA
  • continued to coordinate the monthly Twilight Dinner Markets for the City of Greater Geraldton

In 2016 we...

  • delivered an awesome house warming / engagement party for one special couple
  • Emma became a certified PRINT coach
  • developed a Summer series of monthly Twilight Dinner Markets for the City of Greater Geraldton
  • sponsored table linens and decor for the Midwest Soccer Associations awards night
  • provided support and staffing including an MC for Volleyball Against Violence
  • delivered the initial Twilight Dinner Markets as part for the City of Greater Geraldton's Festivals on the Foreshore
  • setup and monitored Warren Taylor Homes' Facebook page and assisted with the marketing plans
  • delved into the wide world of weddings and delivered some stunning setups
  • coordinated the Northampton Airing of the Quilts - 20th Anniversary
  • helped Grady's Soy Candles expand their product range
  • ran the Quiz Night ~ under the stars fundraising for the Geraldton Regional Community Education Centre
  • developed and coordinated the WA Day Festival for the WA Museum Geraldton, bigger and better than ever
  • continued the monthly bars at Pollinators Inc's Members Meetups
  • added an adult sized Olaf costume to our equipment and decor hire arm
  • helped The Comedy Emporium's new home get show ready
  • assisted in the coordination of the inaugural Funtavia
  • helped revamp local business Grady's Soy Candles
  • were nominated for a Midwest Business Excellence Award
  • continue to work with The Comedy Emporium as the Regional Producer, Chaos Coordinator and Room Manager as it expands throughout Regional WA
  • thanked our partners, sponsors, clients, families, service providers, beneficiaries, exhibitors and everyone else who's been part of our journey; as we celebrated donating over $50,000 to the community
  • hired out our linen, decor items and event equipment to a number of lovely clients, helping to make their events even more amazing
  • assisted a number of small businesses in their market stall setups
  • providing set up, pack down, wait staff and bar staff for a variety of other events including the Nationals WA State Conference

In 2015 we...

  • coordinated and staffed the Pop-Up Bar and Gero Soup events as part of th Goodness Festival 2015
  • staffed the monthly bars at Pollinators Inc's Members Meetups
  • published a range of DIY event tips
  • helped out with the Official Opening of the Child and Parent Centre - Rangeway
  • were part of the Victorious Secret Relay for Life Team raising second highest funds for the Midwest - over $9000!
  • opened our equipment and decor hire arm
  • setup a beautiful Christmas function for the Geraldton Regional Community Education Centre
  • helped out with Gero Soup as part of the 2015
  • coordinated the REIWA Awards night, gala dinner
  • delivered the Come Out and Play Day family fun day for the WA Museum Geraldton on a 5 week turn around
  • staffed the ATC Midwest Apprentice and Traineeship Awards Night
  • helped find The Comedy Emporium's new home and began getting it ready to be lived in
  • helped revamp local business Grady's Soy Candles
  • were Finalists in the Midwest Business Excellence Awards and received a special mention from the judges
  • were nominated for best customer service Award at the Mid West Business Excellence Awards
  • continued to work with a new team on the Quaff Food & Wine Expo for Geraldton
  • partnered with Eternally You to bring you Geraldton's first ever Collective Bridal and Event Showcase
  • continue to work with The Comedy Emporium as the Regional Producer, Chaos Coordinator and Room Manager as it expands throughout Regional WA
  • helped new local catering business Taste Budds WA get online
